Norwich University College of the Arts is a dynamic, modern and creative community providing art, design and media education from a unique campus in the heart of Norwich. We have an international reputation for producing world-class research in Art, Design and Media Interpretation and Curation, and Moving Image and Sound.
The University College is offering two fees-only Postgraduate Research Degree Studentships in Design or Media to suitably qualified applicants who wish to undertake full or part time research study towards an MPhil or PhD qualification, starting in October 2011. Due to funding, the studentships are open to EU and UK applicants who wish to pursue either practice-based or text-based research.
We welcome research degree proposals in the areas of Design and Media Practice, Interpretation and Curation. In these areas we can offer supervisory expertise in the subjects of Animation, Sound, Curation, Design History, Textile Design, and Typography.
