To be matriculated at Tiraspol State University it is necessary to submit the following documents:
►NB The documents mentioned in p. 1-10 will be submitted to the Department of Foreign students of the University in original, translated into one of the following languages: Romanian, Russian, English or French and attested by a public notary office.
Obligatory condition: The mentioned documents are accepted only being attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the concerned country.
Each foreign citizen must pay a guarantee fee (1000 EURO), except the tuition fee for at least an academic year. The guarantee fee can be included in the payment for the last study year, or refunded, upon the request, in case of studies’ suspension and country’s leaving.
In order to start the invitation procedure for entering the territory of the Republic of Moldova, it is necessary to send at least a month before by fax (+373 22 75 49 24) or E-mail (info.ust.md[at]gmail.com) the copies of the documents mentioned in p. 1; 2; 5-11 including the following information: the itinerary, the point of Moldova border passing. The procedure of invitation will start after the documents’ examination by the Ministry of Education and Youth and its official acceptance for enrolment.
Note: Please keep in mind that the guarantee and tuition fees will be transferred on the university’s account only after your documents (copies) examination by the Ministry of Education and Youth and your preliminary acceptance for matriculation for studies in the Republic of Moldova.
The dead line for documents’ submission is August 15.
The dead line for entering the territory of the Republic of Moldova with view to study is September 15.
Non-observance of these conditions as well as candidate’s financial insolvency, lead to the impossibility to study at Tiraspol State University and staying on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.

- Certificate of conviction from the Ministry of Domestic Affairs;
- Medical certificate, including the HIV-AIDS test results;
- Birth certificate;
- Certificate certifying the language’s knowledge level into which the courses will be taught;
- Transcript (for those enrolling in the second – fifth academic year);
- Bachelor Degree diploma and supplement (for those who want to get a Master Degree or Doctor’s Degree);
- Master Degree Diploma and supplement (for those applying for Doctoral program);
- The Ministry of Education and Youth evaluation declaration from the country of origin by which the document of education was issued, should stipulate:
- the authenticity's confirmation of the education document;
- the academic value of education document (the right of the holder's document to be enrolled in the next study level);
- the description of marking or evaluation system.
- Solvency certificate from the bank certifying the existence of the sum not less than 4000 EURO on the account of each candidate.
- National passport, with the period of validity not less than a year;
- Photos: 3x4 – 6 ph. and 5x6 – 4 ph.
