Eligibility:Seniors and first-year graduate students who intend to pursue a doctoral or master’s degree, if the master’s degree is the terminal or highest degree awarded in an approved field, may apply.
-Applicants must plan on pursuing graduate degrees in the social sciences, arts, or humanities.
-An applicant must be a U.S. citizen or national, permanent resident of the U.S.
-A citizen of any one of the Freely Associated States.
-Applicants attending a foreign institution are ineligible.
-Applicants must demonstrate financial need.
