A new and exciting opportunity has arisen with the creation of a Director of International Development post to lead on international activities relating to student recruitment, staff and student exchanges, international collaborations and building new overseas business relationships.
The international work of the university has increased greatly over the last 5 years, with 5400 overseas students studying on campus and 56 overseas collaborations based in 21 countries. The expansion of international student numbers at collaborative partners has been significant during this time increasing by over 300%.
As Director, you will develop and implement the university's international strategy and enhance the university's international profile. You will create new international collaborations and activities, be influential in expanding student numbers and ensure the numbers of overseas students studying on our campuses in the UK are sustained.
